It doesn’t take much at that point to access all of your systems with a few simple tools.  In this day and age we are so consumed with making sure that our computers are secure but forget that we download every app that comes out and don’t pay attention to the Terms & Conditions of the apps, where they inform us that they are going access our photos, our contacts and our other personal information, just so that we can take a better social picture of our dinner plates.  We even had a client that was attacked by a hacker because they installed an internet-enabled filter monitor on their exotic fish tank in their lobby and through that they were able to gain access to their internal network.
